About Me

Hi, I'm Jack — I work on the software you see on this site, but more importantly, I'm a youth worker. I made this software because I know how hard it can be to keep a youth club running. When I looked around at what was out there, I found software like this was either expensive or a pain to use. So I set out to build something simple, easy, and cheap — free, in fact. I should be upfront: I'm not a professional programmer, and I'm not a security professional either. I've taught myself as I've gone along, and I take keeping young people's data safe seriously — see the Keep Your Data Safe page and the disclaimer on every download for what that means in practice. I try my best, but I can't offer the guarantees a big company with a dedicated security team could. What I can say is this: for most youth clubs, a proper tool built for the job — even a free one made by one youth worker in his spare time — is still miles better than tracking everything in a Word document with no protection at all.
